Legit Hue (central) Viet food! Mi Quang came out steaming hot with a clean bowl of broth on the side for you to eat dry style or more soupy if you wish. Was a little lacking on the young banana and herbs, to which they gladly brought me an extra plate of greens

They have a good sweet fish sauce. The overall experience is good. Bun hen is extraordinarily tasty with shrimp paste and soup
Food was delicious. One of our go-to places when we visit SoCal. One thing to note: the menu says something like they can customize menu items to be vegetarian, however they told us they couldn't when we asked.
